The following Rules apply to all hotel and vacation owner guests.

Security Deposit

A $200.00 Security Deposit is required upon check-in. An authorization of your credit card may be used for the security deposit; your PIN is required if you are using a chip card. This security deposit is for damage or alterations to the room(s), furniture, fixtures and equipment. The deposit is refundable after inspection of the unit at check-out.


The reservation holder is the only person that can obtain details of this reservation. If you would like others to have access, their name must be added to the reservation (please contact the Reservation Department).


Outdoor parking lots are free of charge for guests. Please notify front desk if you have an accompanying trailer/RV or boat so we may suggest the best area to park. Boat docking through the day is free to use, overnight docking comes at the cost of $25+tax, weekly slips are available for the cost of $125+tax and Vacation owners are granted a 20% discount on slips provided they are in house for their week.

Pool & Hot Tub Access

Guests have access to indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, pool towels and fitness facility between the hours of 7am and 10 pm.


Excessive noise or activity that disturbs other guests may lead to you losing your security deposit for compensating other guests and/or eviction from the property without refund of charges.


Smoking inside the room or on a balcony is not permitted at any time. If any traces of smoking are detected, a minimum charge of $200 plus taxes will be deducted from your security deposit.


Dogs and cats are permitted in the Pines and Cedar units. There is a $50 cleaning fee + tax for pets. Additional charges will apply if excessive housekeeping is required. Pets should be leashed when outside of the unit. Please place the “do not disturb” card on your door if you leave your pet alone in the unit. Poop & scoop rules apply on the outside property. Pets are not permitted in the hotel or licensed area at the beachfront/adventure centre unless they are a service animal.


Any damage (including but not limited to damage to furniture, fixtures, flooring, walls, doors, appliances, and the building exterior) will be paid by the registrant. Calabogie Peaks Resort reserves the right to charge the cost of damage to the Credit Card on file and agrees to provide a statement of charges.

Recreational Equipment

All equipment, including skis, snowboards, bikes etc.) must be kept outside or in your car – they are not permitted in the units. Please ask the Front Desk for equipment storage options.
